Wedding Orders
All of my luxury wedding cakes are custom made, according to your taste and style.
Weddings are treated a little differently to my regular orders as they require more time, both upfront in consultation on the design, they tend to be much larger than regular orders so require more preparation time and often require delivery. Therefore the pricing for weddings is different. Not to mention the stress that comes with creating wedding cakes.
I take wedding orders up to six months in advance and usually not less than three months prior.

WHITE WEDDING
Traditional almond wedding cake filled with Swiss meringue buttercream
CHOCOLATE CARAMEL
Fudge-y chocolate cake, filled with dulce deLeche (creamy caramel)
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
A dense chocolate cake filled with a caramel pecan and coconut filling
CHOCOLATE ON CHOCOLATE
A fudge-y chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream
SALTED CARAMEL
My signature vanilla buttermilk sponge cake filled with a home made caramel sprinkled with flakey sea salt
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
A vanilla sponge cake, filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries
FRESH CITRUS
LEMON LAYER CAKE
A moist fluffy cake, this could be filled with lemon buttercream or lemon curd I also recommend raspberry preserve as a filling
WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY
My signature vanilla buttermilk sponge cake filled with white chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves
Kitchen Cutting Cakes
Otherwise known as sheet cakes
When you need extra cake to serve all of your guests but don't want the expense of an extra tier of wedding cake
Kitchen cake to serve 100 = $400
Kitchen cake to serve 75 = $325
Kitchen cake to serve 50 = $250
KITCHEN CAKES ARE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE KITCHEN AS ADDITIONAL SERVINGS OF CAKE FOR THE CATERER TO CUT, PLATE AND SERVE. THEY WILL NOT BE SEEN BY GUESTS. THIS IS A MORE ECONOMICAL WAY TO ADD ON ADDITIONAL SERVINGS WITHOUT ADDING ONTO THE ORIGINAL WEDDING CAKE DESIGN! THEY ARE THREE LAYERS OF CAKE WITH FLAVORS AND FILLINGS TO MATCH THE WEDDING CAKE.
